AQUA FITNESS

Semi-Private Swim Classes at our Location or at Your Home
One of the most effective ways to learn to swim is with private swim lessons. Instruction can be personalized to meet specific needs, skill and fitness level of the learner.  We provide one-one instruction and semi-private class instruction.  Classes are limited to 2 students or 3 family members.  Because classes are conducted outside, 'make-up' sessions for be scheduled for any class cancellations due to rain/inclement weather.
Bronze (Foundational Skill-building)
  • Getting acquainted with the water 
  • Learning the basics of balance and breathing 
  • Being able to navigate 5ft of water alone
  • Be able to go under and grab items from the bottom (breath control) 
  • Be able to float on back and front for 10 sec 

Silver (Swimmer Technique)
  • ​Begin to learn basics of backstroke and freestyle 
  • Be able to move 10-15ft 
  • Begin training for butterfly and breaststroke 
  • The child should be more independent in the pool now
 
Gold  (Swimmer Technique, Refinement & Endurance)
  • Should be able to navigate the length of the pool 
  • Proficient in freestyle and backstroke 
  • Finalize the teachings of butterfly and breaststroke. 
Locations
  • Our private pool location is in northwest Plano (FISD), 75024 area.  Contact us for the exact location.  We have Aquatic Fitness Safety Procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
 
  • We require Aquatic Fitness participants to complete a Terms of Service Agreement before their first scheduled class session.

  • We will travel to private home pools within a 10-mile radius of our location.  Home location requires pre-approval.

​Swim Classes taught by Marlon D. Roa - competitive swimmer, experienced Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certified, WaterFit Training instructed by experienced. cerfited fitness & aquatics instructor.

HydroFit Training
​Low-impact fitness interval training using the water as resistance with strength and conditioning techniques for a total-body workout that will tone the body, improve range of motion and increase both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. ​
