Health is multifaceted and although we all experience things differently in some way or another, we all share the biological process of aging. ​ Habits that work well for one, may be unsupportive for another person. ​
Services are guided by science (health, nutrition, exercise),  peer-reviewed research, ​the biopsychosocial health model, ​health psychology and behavior change theories for a collaborative process  to improve and sustain better health.

​We are Health & Wellness credentialed.  The American Medical Association (AMA) defines Health & ​Well-being Coaching as a patient-centered approach, whereas the coach is defined as a "non-physician health care professional certified by NCHEC (National Commission for Health Education Credentialing) or NBHWC (National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching).  Work with professionals that are prepared to work alongside other health care professionals & practices.  We are also a team of professionals that have post-secondary education and certification(s) to improve/maintain health-related components of physical fitness.
