Be sure to activate your account from this email if you haven't already done so. If you do not see this email invitation, be sure to check your all email boxes, including junk and spam folders. You will need to activate your client account before moving forward with programs, services and sessions.

Where to Start? We suggest the following:
Set preferences for Notifications i.e., Instant Alerts via App vs. Email vs. Portal notifications when logged in. (Go to Settings -> Notification Preferences)
Link your Fitbit or Apple Health to sync to your Journals (Go to Settings -> 3rd Party Integration.
Utilize the Lifestyle Journal and/or Food & Mood journal to track your health behaviors to increase awareness and build better habits. (Main Menu -> Journals).
Visit the Community Chat (Menu -> Messaging/Chat Icon).
If applicable, start a program you have registered for. (Menu -> Programs).
