Mealtime Collection(s): Included in Packages & Series, excluded from Programs. Meal/recipe suggestions tailored for your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle (calories, macronutrients, time, culinary skill, location/ access, etc.). A PDF meal plan version will be attached for printing the recipes and a grocery list (organized by section). Advanced/tech savvy users can make modifications, swapping (add/remove) meals/recipes with appropriate substitutions to better accommodate their preference. This is in addition to what may be included in a Session Package or Series protocol. A Coaching Session within the last 30-days is required to purchase.
Exercise Report(s): Included in Pkgs. & Series, excluded from Programs. A movement plan (workout), based on your assessment and/or training session, with detailed exercise descriptions, pictures and QR code for video demonstrations to help execute movements correctly while working out on your own OR a short video of fitness/yoga-oriented follow-along sequence (limited to 15-mins.), customized to your specific needs and uploaded to your account for access anytime.
