Make your space 'fit for you to move better and stay accountable to a routine of physical activity with live-streaming classes, booked via the digital wellness application - desktop, tablet or smartphone.  Sessions are accessible for in-home, at the office, hotel or other travel destinations - minimal floor space and equipment required.

​Efficient, total-body training sessions that utilize body weight techniques and compound strength movements (working both upper & lower body at the same time) to build core strength, enhance muscle tone, mobility, power. balance and endurance while raising metabolic rate.  
  • Start with variable intensity timed intervals of cardio & strength exercises (body weight and/or dumbbells), then move to performing low repetitions with heavier weights, followed by core-targeted floor work.  
  • Equipment needed:  a pair of light-to-medium weights and "challenging" pair of medium-to-heavy weights + mat. 
  • Movements are modifiable to suit the needs of various fitness levels,  Participants can increase or decrease pace and weights accordingly.

​A mind-body format that features accessible yoga poses (standing and mat floor work) sequenced at slow to moderate-paced flows and holds (connecting movement with breath) to build/improve core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular and cardiovascular endurance.  Equipment Needed:  yoga mat, blocks optional.
