Movements are modifiable to suit the needs of various fitness levels, Participants can increase or decrease pace and weights accordingly. Equipment needed: a pair of light-to-medium weights and "challenging" pair of medium-to-heavy weights + mat.
A mind-body format that features accessible yoga poses (standing and mat floor work) sequenced at slow to moderate-paced flows and holds (connecting movement with breath) to build/improve core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Equipment Needed: yoga mat, blocks optional.
