HYDROFIT TRAINING

Semi-Private Training, Small Group Exercise
​Low-impact fitness interval training using the water as resistance with strength and conditioning exercises for a total-body workout that will tone the body, improve range of motion and increase both cardiovascular and muscular endurance.  Workouts combine varying combinations of aqua run and conditioning, traveling, intervals, strength, barre-inspired segments, flexibility and recovery techniques, fluid grooves and more!  Equipment may be provided to increase intensity, resistance or support core-strengthening exercises.

Classes are held at the trainer's location in N.W. Plano/Frisco ISD area (Northridge Estates).  Pre-registration is required and limited space available.
​
Please bring the following:

Towel
Bottled water
Sunscreen
Water fitness shoes are highly recommended
