We offer group programs to coach and guide you through habit change in different areas of wellness.  Programs are designed to help you find information, motivation and inspiration for your wellness goals in-person onsite, or virtual live-streaming or hybrid (a mix of both delivery methods).

Programs may be scheduled as:
  • ​a fixed-date cohort that runs from a set start date and finish on a set end date.  
  • an on-demand, guided option where modules are unlocked and accessible based on durations after enrollment (i.e., so many days after you enroll)
  • a virtual course with live-streaming group sessions and on-demand modules.
  • an on-demand, self-paced option where you complete at your own pace with modules unlocked & accessible based on the designated completion of previous modules within the program.​  ​
  • ​a hybrid course with a mix of live-streaming sessions and onsite sessions.
  • a private cohort online (3+ participants) or onsite (5+ participants).

Health Safety Classes

Create a safer neighborhood community or workplace with First Aid, CPR AED training for adults, children and infants.  Pediatric First Aid is also available for those required or desire to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children.  We offer flexible training options with Blended Learning (online course + in-person skills session) and Onsite training at your location.  More details here.
