​Exercise can be life-saving!  It is how you maintain independence and live your life to the fullest.  Be empowered to build the strength you need to thrive as you age.

Train Solo, as a Duo or Small Group to improve:
  • ​Metabolic Fitness (blood pressure, pulse rate, blood insulin),
  • Health-Related Fitness (body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility) and/or
  • Skills-Related Fitness (balance, coordination, power, agility, reaction time and speed).​
Sessions are adaptable for chronic conditions, every fitness and skill level specializing in functional strength training, pelvic floor & core strength, yoga, balance/stability, coordination and flexibility. 

Movement Protocols are issued and updated, as needed, depending on package and session frequency.  A protocol is a task-oriented plan & recommendations based on agreed upon strategies.
