Wellness & Fitness Coaching

We work with middle-aged to older adults and women 30+ years that
-> struggle with multiple stressors or complex conditions and/or
-> need to reduce/manage discomfort, risk(s) of disease & disability and/or 
-> need help implementing physician-recommended lifestyle changes and
-> want to adopt sustainable habits to optimize their physical health & wellbeing.​

Health is multifaceted and although we all experience things differently in some way, we all share the biological process of aging. ​​Habits that work well for one, may be unsupportive for another person to attain/maintain better health outcomes to thrive and age better.
​

Coaching is personal, so the route you choose to take to work on your health and wellbeing will be personal too.  If you have a challenging schedule (caregiver, family/work) or not in the area; whatever the case, services may be scheduled onsite*, online (videoconference) or a combination of both!  

​For us, it's not about pursuing perfection, but rather the pursuit of progress for a more fulfilling life that is aligned with your values and interests to foster the best version of yourself!  
* Onsite = Pre-approved locations in Plano, Frisco, McKinney and surrounding Collin/Denton county areas.

FITNESS & MOBILITY COACHING

Personalized Programming!

Increase or level-up your routine of physical activity and leverage the power of movement to improve or maintain health and mobility for a more active and energetic life with coach-led training and accountability.  
Although we all experience movement differently - we all understand how empowering it is to be able to move with greater ease and confidence.

Train Solo, as a Duo or Small Group to improve:
  • ​Metabolic Fitness (blood pressure, pulse rate, blood insulin),
  • Health-Related Fitness (body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility) and/or
  • Skills-Related Fitness (balance, coordination, power, agility, reaction time and speed).​
Sessions are adaptable for chronic conditions, every fitness and skill level specializing in functional strength training, pelvic floor & core strength, yoga, flexibility and recovery.

Inner thoughts, self beliefs and behavioral patterns make a difference!
Thoughts and feelings influence physical health and how a person relates to their body affects mental and emotional health.  When we are experiencing overwhelm, anxiety or exhaustion, it can be very difficult to change our health habits, make meaningful shifts or even identify small but impactful habits that might be derailing our progress to feel better.  
​Develop a toolbox of resources and skills that promote self-awareness, strengths of character, self-regulation, connection, mental agility, and optimism to improve the confidence and the ability to follow healthy, positive lifestyles that move toward a higher level of wellness.

GROUP WELLNESS COACHING

Learn and progress with others that share similar goals!
Group Wellness Coaching cohorts are based on a small group format facilitated by a skilled, experienced and credentialed coach to educate and guide the group to adopt positive health habits in a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can work on their own goals and action plans.

Groups are more cost effective than personal coaching and can help participants collaborate to:
  • become aware of their blind spots for areas for improvement. 
  • see more opportunities and come up with creative solutions from diverse perspectives.
  • create community for motivation, engagement, accountability, and social support to achieve your goals.

​See upcoming Group Cohorts here or create your own.  Programs may be scheduled for enrollment as a fixed-date course:  either onsite, virtual (Zoom) or hybrid (combination of both onsite and virtual).  ​A private cohort requires 3+ participants for virtual and 5+ participants for either onsite or hybrid.
