Wellness & Fitness Coaching

We work with middle-aged to older adults and women 35+ years that
-> struggle with multiple stressors, caregiving or complex conditions and/or
-> need to reduce/manage discomfort, risk(s) of disease & disability and/or 
-> need help implementing physician-recommended lifestyle changes and
-> want to adopt sustainable habits to optimize their physical health & wellbeing.​

While lifestyle factors are adaptable behaviors & ways of life that influence health and wellbeing, habits that work well for one, may be unsupportive for another person to attain/maintain better health outcomes to thrive and age better.   For us, it's not about pursuing perfection, but rather the pursuit of progress for you to feel, move and function better; to foster the best version of yourself!

Personalized Programming!

Increase or level-up your routine of physical activity and leverage the power of movement to improve or maintain health and mobility for a more active and energetic life with coach-led training and accountability.  
Although we all experience movement differently - we all understand how empowering it is to be able to move with greater ease and confidence.
Train Solo, as a Duo or Small Group (GroupFit Coaching) to improve:
  • ​Metabolic Fitness (blood pressure, pulse rate, blood insulin),
  • Health-Related Fitness (body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility) and/or
  • Skills-Related Fitness (balance, coordination, power, agility, reaction time and speed).​
Sessions are adaptable for chronic conditions, every fitness and skill level specializing in functional strength training, pelvic floor & core strength, yoga, balance/coordination and recovery.  

​Exercise can be life-saving!  It is how you maintain independence and live your life to the fullest.  Be empowered to build the strength you need to thrive as you age.

While we all have an understanding that vegetables are good for us, the landscape of nutrition can be overwhelming.  Foster a healthy relationship with food to optimize nutrient intake and eat better without sacrificing flavor or all the foods you enjoy.  Better nutrition can improve energy, cognition, sleep, skin, physical comfort and more!
Whether it's time constraints, a heavy travel schedule, limited cooking skills, long work hours or a full social calendar; be empowered to find your nutritional balance where you can make choices that fit your needs and goals, food preferences, and culinary competency level to better achieve your health goals with nutrition.

Inner thoughts, self beliefs and behavioral patterns make a difference!
Thoughts and feelings influence physical health and how a person relates to their body affects mental and emotional health.  When we are experiencing overwhelm, anxiety or exhaustion, it can be very difficult to change our health habits, make meaningful shifts or even identify small but impactful habits that might be derailing our progress to feel better.  
​Develop a toolbox of resources and skills that promote self-awareness, strengths of character, self-regulation, connection, mental agility, and optimism to improve the confidence and the ability to follow healthy, positive lifestyles that move toward a higher level of wellness.

​Mindfulness-based strategies are incorporated to mitigate stress, enhance sleep quality, improve performance, increase optimism, manage pain, support self-care, healing and more, even in the midst of challenges.​

GROUP COACHING

​Learn and progress with others that share similar goals!
Group Coaching is facilitated by a skilled, experienced and credentialed coach to educate and guide the group to adopt positive health habits and/or exercise in a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can work on their own action plans and goals. 

Groups are more economically accessible than personal coaching and can help participants enhance their wellness journey through collaboration and camaraderie that can​create community for engagement, creative solutions from diverse perspectives, motivation, accountability, and social support that often lead to better results.
