Adult First Aid | CPR AED Adult Child (Blended, Digital Card) - DEPOSIT
This is a registration deposit for a Health Safety Institute (HSI)/ American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) issued 2-year certification at an approved location, date and time that has already been shared with the registrant.
This is a blended format that combines an Online Course (eCourse) teaching concepts with an onsite Practical Skills & Assessment session.
- Each registrant will receive a separate email from HSI.com with their own unique eCourse link for tracking their progress and completion. Please allow up to 1-business day (M-F) following registration to receive the eCourse link from HSI.com. To expedite the process of assigning your unique link to begin the eCourse, please forward your emailed receipt to your course coordinator or class instructor. Be sure to check spam/junk mail folders. Contact your instructor or class coordinator if eCourse has not been received after one business day.
- Registrants may log in and out of the course at any time and all completed lessons will be saved along the way. Registrants must complete every module to receive a certificate of completion for the online training.
- The online course must be completed (certificate issued) prior to the start of the practical skills assessment. No Exceptions!
- The practical skills assessment will require registrants to be on the floor working with a manikin and AED training equipment, so please dress accordingly to bend, stoop and get up/down from the floor. Special accommodations are available..
- 24-hours notice required to reschedule without forfeiture of payment.
Remaining balance must be paid at least 48-hours before the scheduled Practical Skills & Assessment session. Registrant will be billed for the balance due via emailed online invoice.
All registrations must be paid in full 48-hours before the Practical Skills & Assessment session to remain registered.
