Age Better Coaching Package
(6) Health & Wellness Coaching sessions to support you in goal setting, activating your strengths and other resources to make changes that positively impact your current state of health and well-being. Depending on. your goals, needs and schedule, meet once a week or every other week creating/updating a plan that focuses on implementing actionable strategies and practices that are sustainable long-term. Weekly touchpoint/ follow-up included for support in-between scheduled sessions. Package is valid for up to twelve weeks and may be purchased as often as needed.
Coach Accountable Package
30-minute virtual or in-person consultation and assessment to determine fitness status and discuss programming that will best meet your needs to move better. A follow-up assessment report will be provided for your reference.
Move Better Coaching Package
(8) Physical Activity sessions with modifiable progressions suitable for your fitness level, condition(s), injuries, and goal(s). Package includes one Personalized Exercise Plan and sessions include functional movements & exercises that address health-related and skills-related components of fitness. Package is valid for up to twelve weeks and may be purchased as often as needed.
Prime-Time Health for Adults
Learn skills and gain information to take charge of your health to prevent illness and age-related disease, slow down the aging process, repair existing damage, sharpen thinking, eat healthy, move waste from your waist and live without pain and inflammation. Online resources and support included. (4) 55-minute class sessions.
L.E.A.N. Start for Families
Learn how to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life with simple Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition strategies for the family that can help prevent nutrition related diseases such as obesity and allergies, make mealtime easy, enjoy a physically active lifestyle and improve children's mood, learning and behavior. Online resources and support included. (6) 55-minute class sessions.
Planning for meal times made easy and tasty for any palate using nutrients-rich foods. Explore energy needs and food options to develop a customized 7-day plan with your Health Coach to include accessible breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks best-suited for your lifestyle, preferences and needs. A customizable guide with a curated collection of (12) recipes, personalized to your preferences, is also included. 55-minute session. Mealtime Update(s) available for new plan development, 30-min. session.
Select five recipes you enjoy and let your Health Coach update to enhance with healthier substitute ingredients that also appeal to your taste buds and health goals. A reference guide of food substitutions is also included.

During this interactive home consultation, you'll open your pantry to label-read, identify foods to consider replacing with healthier options, clean out and reorganize; plus gain insightful cooking and shopping tips. (1) 60-minute session.

Weight Room Orientation
Meet at an approved area gym to learn how to use cardio and weight machines properly along with guidance for warming up, proper form, goal setting, machine settings, weight and reps. Personalized reference material provided to help execute an effective weight room workout moving forward. 45-minute session.
Learn proper form and tips to begin or level up your workout using body weight and portable equipment available to you i.e., dumbbells, medicine ball, kettlebell, stability ball, foam roller, resistance bands, core sliders, Pilates ball and balance trainer. Includes a personalized exercise plan to get started with a safe, efficient workout routine. 45-minute session.
Personalized Exercise Plan
(2) trainer-designed workouts based on goals and fitness questionnaire along with your most recent fitness assessment/re-assessment, exercise orientation or weight room orientation (within 45-days). Each workout includes (2) circuits, providing detailed descriptions and image or video demonstrations to help with executing the exercises correctly.
Physical Activity Session
Fitness re-assessment and/or a-la-carte session to help add variety or 'level-up' your current program or personalized exercise plan. 30-minute or 45-minute session.
Virtual Fitness Studio
Our movement class sessions help you stay accountable to a routine of physical activity. Sessions are accessible for in-home, at the office or while traveling - minimal floor space and equipment required.
