Strong(H)er Group Training - Intervals
Functional training workouts that will cycle through variable intensity intervals of cardio and weighted compound exercises (working both upper & lower body at the same time) for an efficient, total-body workout to improve muscle tone, build strength, power. balance and endurance while raising metabolic rate.  Group training sessions are led by a female trainer for adjustment cues and modifiable progressions/regressions to meet the needs of various fitness levels among group participants - new beginner to advanced.  A pair of light-to-medium weights and/or medium-to-heavy weights are highly recommended as well as a mat for brief segments of floor work (options provided) that may be included in interval cycles.  Because intervals are timed, participants can increase or decrease pace and weights accordingly. 
Strong(H)er Group Training - Pump

This strength training workout will include exercises and techniques to pump up the intensity - not impact.  Heavier weights and body weight will be utilized to increase core strength, improve bone health, tone and shape the body with compound exercises and add-on progressions (modifiable) to suit the needs of various fitness levels - new beginner to advanced.  This efficient and functional workout will also improve lean muscle mass, build strength, and muscular endurance and ignite your metabolic fire.  A pair of medium weights and/or medium-to-heavier weights are recommended.  A mat is also recommended for floor work that may be included as a short segment at the end of each  session. Participants can always increase/decrease weights accordingly.

​YogaBody Break 
is a mind-body fusion format that features accessible yoga poses, ballet-inspired movements and music sequenced at slow to moderate-paced flows (connecting movement with breath) to build/improve core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, coordination and endurance.  Includes standing and mat floor work.  Equipment:  Yoga mat recommended, yoga blocks are optional.
