Personal Mealtime Plan
A small collection of meals and/or recipes will be prepared by your coach, tailored for your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle (time, culinary skill, location/access, etc.). During a scheduled session, you will collaborate with you coach to co-create a complete meal plan for the upcoming week, discussing meal prep, shopping, and adjustments to finalize a plan for implementation. |
Custom Mealtime Collection
A coach-created collection, based on your needs and goals, will be made available via an online platform. The collection will be based on your needs, goals and lifestyle yet, modifiable for you to add/remove appropriate substitute meals or recipes as you wish. Once finalized after modifications, a grocery list (organized by section) can be printed to make it quick and easy to shop. |
