Our subscription requires an App user account - accessible online via computer, tablet and smartphone. Our App data and communication is HIPAA compliant and handled as protected health information.

HealthChats On Demand: Coach narrated, wellness-themed presentation that will address a specific topic related to physical health and wellbeing for deeper knowledge to make positve choices a daily practice.
HealthChats are uploaded to the portal and can be viewed 24/7 "On-Demand".
The Compliments team will be online for a 'live' videocall with subscribers each week for Q&A support.
Subscribers can connect with one another and the Compliments team on the Health Chat Forum for HealthChat related questions and support 24/7.
Health Tips: Start the week with a Mindful Moment broadcast each Monday and end the week with a Fitness/Foodie Tidbit each Friday.
Wellness Bytes: Weekly newsletter with a wellness article, blog post update and a clean, healthy recipe.

Health & Wellness Challenges(Bloom Better Subscription Required)
30-day, goal oriented challenges that provide education, guidance and accountability to encourage prarticipants to implement behaviors that will facilitate the creation, improvement or renewed commitment to positive health habits.
Interactive, group videocall sessions to present weekly goal, along with supporting information for discussion. Recurring 30-minute group sessions are scheduled week-to-week for the duration of the challenge. Group videocalls are recorded and uploaded within 24-hours for review anytime along with any downloadable reference material i.e., worksheets, meal plan templates, reference guides, etc.
Weekly chat messaging touchpoints with coach for check-in and Q&A via the private, group forum for challenge participants.
Limited registration in each challenge group to ensure everyone has an opportunity to engage in discussion and allow coaches to provide support for participants.

This series consist of remote sessions, scheduled on a recurring basis, via videocall or phone call to check-in with coach to stay motivated and focused on identified goal(s).
A short prep form is issued in advance for more efficient and beneficial calls; reviewing current status, progress, and challenges for recommendations and adjustments that support next milestone for goal attainment or maintenance.
Direct coach messaging (no Bots) available to reach out for brief chats as needed between calls.
Personal Coaching Series (Bloom Better Subscription Required)
This series is for anyone that struggles with consistent exercise and want to improve their physical health and wellbeing. Sessions address each client’s unique goals, abilities, challenges and lifestyle to create a practice of physical activity, heathy eating, safe supplementation, adequate sleep, managing stress, and other biopsychosocial areas that impact wellness.
On-Site* or Remote sessions, with the option of 30-minute Express sessions or 45-minute Standard sessions for fitness assessments, fitness training, nutrition consultations, lifestyle, physical health & behavioral health coaching.
Sessions take a personalized approach that allows the coach to collaborate with the client to realistically set goal(s) and develop an attainable plan, customize sessions based on goals, specified needs and identified concerns as well as evaluate and research client issues to recommend and/or implement the best possible solutions that will meet specified needs and identified concerns.
Weekly accountability via direct messaging, and a simple weekly prep form submission that will provide an update for coach evaluation and feedback, in addition to session observations and task performance, to determine adjustments/recommendations to reach goals, extend goals or successful maintenance.

Group Exercise classes: Limited to (25) participants and available for a duration of 30 or 45 minutes .
Fitness Assessment: 30-minute session that includes body composition measurements, cardio, strength & flexibility testing; on-site only. Personalize report of results and recommendations included.
Strength Training Consultation: 55-minute session for a weight room/equipment use orientation, fitness assessment and exercise tutorial. Personalized workout guide included.
Wellness Consultation: 55-minute session to evaluate health history along with fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits for short-term goal identification. Recommendations for improvement will be made to get ‘unstuck’ and moving toward better health.
