Movement Sessions for individuals, duos and groups
SMALL SESSIONS, BIG RESULTS!
Action from beginning to end - 35 minutes is all that is needed! We provide efficient and effective physical activity solutions led by certified fitness professionals. Sessions are focused on technique and guidance with modifiable progressions to meet participants where they are and adjust accordingly as their level of comfort and fitness increases. We welcome everyone without judgment, as our goal is to help.
GROUP EXERCISE & FITNESS TRAINING
Exercise sessions are available for groups of any size. Personal fitness training is available individuals & duos and small groups (3 to 6 people) for personal attention, to work around most injuries with options appropriate to each person's fitness level and abilities. Small groups are capped to six people to ensure that trainer can cater each session to each participant at a fraction of the cost of individual training.

Benefits of Regular Physical Activity:
Movement Lab Virtual Studio: Live-streaming with a boutique studio vibe, to help you stay accountable to a routine of physical activity. Sessions are accessible for in-home, at the office or while traveling - minimal floor space required.
On-Site: In-person at your location (worksite or home) or an approved off-site location.
