We provide personal fitness training focused on technique and personalized guidance for modifiable progressions to meet you where you are and adjust accordingly as your level of comfort and fitness increases. The result is a total-body workout.
Functional Movement Focused
Sessions combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, weights and adjustable agility or plyometric training moves for an efficient and focused session that helps you fit fitness into your schedule.
Sessions can include blending functional strength techniques, HIIT and/or small accessories and portable equipment to enhance metabolic conditioning, building cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Sessions can incorporate yoga, incorporating fundamental poses (asanas) synchronized with breathwork (pranayama) to induce body awareness, engage core muscles, build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Sessions can focus on different needs such as deeper stretching, foam rolling & self-myofascial release techniques that stimulate circulation and better manage exercise recovery and/or symptoms of reduced flexibility, accumulated injuries or decreased mobility.
Flexible Options for Duration & Location
Express (30-minute sessions) or Standard (45-minute sessions). Packages may be scheduled to meet alternating weeks, or once to several times a week.
Session may take place online via our virtual studio or in-person, outside or on-site pending approval of location.
