​We provide personal fitness training focused on technique and guidance for modifiable progressions to meet individuals, duos and group majority where they are and adjust accordingly as their level of comfort and fitness increases. ​
Personal Fitness sessions provide:
  • Assessments of body composition, fitness level, movement & skill-specific screening(s) to develop a Personalized Physical Activity/Exercise Action Plan to meet realistic goal(s) and establish lifelong exercise habits. 
  • Touchpoints for accountability and support
  • Weekly checkpoints for progress monitoring and feedback to update action plan accordingly

​Private Group Exercise sessions and Personal Fitness sessions provide:

  • Workout variety & specialization
  • Supervision to avoid injury
​Flexible Options that help fit fitness into any schedule.  
  • Express (30-minute sessions) or Standard (45-minute sessions).  
  • Session may take place online via our virtual studio or in-person, outside or on-site pending approval of location.​​
All sessions provide effective and efficient functional movement training sessions that can: 
  • Utilize body weight, small accessories and/or portable equipment to build strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. balance and stablity.
  • Blend functional strength techniques, high or variable intensity interval training, adjustable agility and/or plyometric moves to enhance metabolic conditioning, building cardiovascular and muscular endurance.​
  • Incorporate yoga to induce body awareness, engage core muscles, build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.  
  • Include a variety of formats inspired by dance, sports, or other cardio-based activities to build cardiovascular endurance, increase energy, coordination, balance, agility and stability. 
  • Focus on different needs such as deeper stretching, foam rolling & self-myofascial release techniques that stimulate circulation and better manage exercise recovery and/or symptoms of reduced flexibility, accumulated injuries or decreased mobility. ​​​
​ACCOUNTABILITY  COACH  CHATS
15-minute virtual sessions (audio/ videoconference) ​scheduled each week to
 review progress, provide feedback and align on goals to make modifications or progressions, updating strategies and your Action Plan accordingly for success.
