  • Engagement:  Wellness-inspired motivational broadcasts each Monday, Healthy Habit Stack broadcast every 2 weeks via app (option to opt out).
  • Messaging/Chat:  For all Things Wellness from tips, Q&A support, motivation, etc.  .
  • Journals:  Lifestyle (mood, weight, notes), Food & Mood (what you ate & how you felt), Sync Fitness wearable activity (Apple Health/ Fitbit)
  • Protocols:  Recommendations personalized for individual, group or condition.
  • Forms:  Intake forms, Health Challenge Course Forms, Accountability Forms, Waivers, etc.
  • Tasks:  Pending & completed task assignment(s) based on program or as designated by coach.
  • Packages:  Current packages available for booking sessions.
  • Bookings:  Access sessions & classes scheduled, including any link to join virtual session or class booked. 
  • Programs:  Health education and wellness courses; you'll always have access to registered programs to revisit/review.
  • Sessions Notes:  Includes measurements, assessments, summaries, etc.

  • Documents:  This are is used for uploading documents to be shared with your coach.
