Our FLEX Plan is 'flexible', interactive and completely customizable with simple recipes the whole family can enjoy. Each week, you will receive (3) days of suggested recipes, meals & optional snacks, with the ability to search more recipes to add to your plan.
Three days allow space to plan your preferences, enjoy meals out, dine with guests or eat leftovers. This plan is aligned with the principles of the Mediterranean diet, emphasizing the preparation of whole, plant-based foods and high-quality proteins that can be simply prepared. No packaged or processed ingredients.
