Well-being Coaching as a patient-centered approach, whereas the coach is defined as a "non-physician health care professional certified by NCHEC (National Commission for Health Education Credentialing) or NBHWC (National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching). Work with professionals that are prepared to work alongside other health care professionals & practices.

HealthTalks are workshops delivered onsite or videoconference to address a broad range of health topics or focus on a specific health behavior. Wellness courses are a series of workshops that create a goal-oriented program to educate, address a specific health theme, coach and support implementing and/or increasing positive health habits that can be sustained.
