(12) weekly 30-minute virtual sessions for coaching, accountability, goal setting and weekly action plans to consistently practice positive lifestyle habits to prevent disease, better manage chronic conditions, achieve and maintain physical health and well-being goals for a more intentional and healthy lifestyle (i.e., hydration, nutrition, exercise, attitude, stress management, mindfulness, relationships, etc.).

Group Coaching Program
30-day, (6) week or (12) week goal-oriented program that addresses goal setting and a specific health theme to make new lifestyle habits that feel sustainable and remove habits that are not serving you well anymore. The program is reasonably paced to help you make yourself a priority without added stress and help you create stability through consistent habits. Participants have the benefit of the guidance of a credentialed health coach, the support of a dedicated community, and the accountability of weekly meetings.

From exercise & nutrition, to stress, sleep and more, health coaches help identify goals, break them into achievable steps, help people stay accountable and motivate along the way.
