Accountability COACH CHATS 15-minute virtual sessions (audio/ videoconference) scheduled each week to review progress, provide feedback and align on goals to make appropriate modifications or progressions, updating strategies and your Action Plan accordingly for success. From exercise & nutrition, to stress, sleep and more, health coaches help identify goals, break them into achievable steps, help people stay accountable and motivated along the way. |
Workshops
HealthTalks are workshops delivered onsite or videoconference to address a broad range of health topics or focus on a specific health behavior. Wellness courses are a series of workshops that create a goal-oriented program to educate, address a specific health theme, coach and support implementing and/or increasing positive health habits that can be sustained.
