A Fitness Circle is a small-group training series where participants are led by a coach through tailored exercise sessions over a designated number of weeks. Sessions blended the attention of private training with the motivation of a group setting.
Participants can make their space 'fit' to move better and stay accountable to a routine of physical activity with live-streaming sessions. Minimum floor space and equipment required to move at home, the office, hotel or other locations.
Strong(H)er
This 30-minute group training is our signature series with sessions that are modifiable to suit the needs of various fitness levels by increasing or decreasing pace and/or weights accordingly.
Intervals of strength & cardio exercises (body weight and dumbbells) to create a circuit; timed-intervals vary from 30-45-60 seconds.
Compound movements (working both upper & lower body at the same time.
Core conditioning & strengthening techniques
May include floorwork for abs/core or mobility exercises; limited to 5-7 minutes at the end or as a 2-4 intervals in a circuit.
Quick, efficient, convenient and flexible.
Equipment Needed: A pair of light to medium weights and heavier weights available are recommended as an option depending on exercise. Mat available as needed. Towel and water.
